• Murcia al Vino is made from the best goat milk in all of Spain.
• It is produced in a family-run dairy situated in the heart of the Murcia region. 
• Rufino and his three siblings continue the tradition started by their father 20 years ago, turning the unique milk of the Murciano goats into an extraordinary cheese.
• Murcia has edible burgundy rind, which develops when the cheese is bathed in local Murcian wine before the aging process begins. This is where its nickname "Drunken Goat" came from.
